As a subcontractor in the notable $218M development of Calvary Hospital Adelaide, which was distinguished as the Rider Levett Bucknall South Australian State Development of the Year in 2021, our company played a crucial role. We were responsible for the construction and finishing of walls, landings, and ceilings, key elements that contributed to the project’s acclaim.
Our involvement spanned across the construction of five floors out of the twelve, each featuring single-occupancy rooms complete with en-suite bathrooms. We also applied our expertise in the development of state-of-the-art operating theatres and a dynamic emergency department. Our work extended to the 15,000 SQM rehabilitation and allied health wing, which included specialised areas like a rehabilitation wing equipped with hydrotherapy facilities and a mobility garden. Additionally, our responsibility encompassed the fit-out of the radiology and pathology units, a fully functional pharmacy, and an inviting on-site coffee shop.
